I was recommended to Leyland Physio by a friend who knows my military serice has left me with chronic back and hip issues.
On first meeting the staff I found them to be friendly, polite and always up for a good chat. They make booking appointments even when I need to be squeezed in. A quick call and its done.
I was booked in with Nathan. He had exceptional knowledge, is patient with me and explains why certain exercises are critical to keeping me mobile.
I am glad to say his treatment always helps return my ROM and helps with pain reduction in the intermediate few weeks.
My options are kept open for me by leyland Physio for return visits as this is an ongoing issue for me.
I highly recommend Nathan and the rest of the staff 10/10.

Keeley has been incredible in helping me recover from a long‑term neck and shoulder injury. Through a combination of massage, targeted exercises and acupuncture, she’s made a huge difference to my mobility and day‑to‑day comfort. Her knowledge, care and professionalism have been outstanding throughout. I recently visited Leyland Physio for some traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture to help with my eczema and I was amazed. She quickly identified multiple areas of inflammation that I’ve been dealing with, not just my skin, and explained how they were all connected, which was fascinating. After treatment, my itchiness and inflammation decreased immediately, and she gave me some practical dietary and lifestyle tips to maintain the improvement. I look forward to my next appointment and highly recommend!

The receptionists are always friendly and accommodating. Sam Bolton was my physiotherapist post shoulder tendon reattachment surgery. Sam is knowledgeable, patient, and very encouraging. He explains why the exercises are needed, demonstrates how to do them and then does them along with you. At each session, he asses your progress and gives advice on how to ease episodes of pain. He has always been welcoming and pleasant. We have worked together over 4 months and I am pleased to say that I have been discharged today with full arm movement and strength. Thank you and well done Sam and all the staff at this friendly practice.

I’d like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible team at Leyland Physiotherapy for the outstanding care I recently received. I was fortunate to be treated by Michelle, who quickly identified the root of my issues and worked diligently to support my recovery. In just four sessions, which included a combination of massage, targeted exercises, and acupuncture, Michelle helped restore my full range of movement and significantly reduce my pain. I can’t recommend her expertise and the clinic’s exceptional service highly enough! 10/10!

Had a C7 Trapped nerve, spine to fingertips, Stefano was the man! Was amazing at diagnosing and explaining everything. He used a few hands on techniques, inc Manipulation, acupuncture, electro and massage, with stretches as homework. Two sessions a week and i was 80% improved in 3 weeks. Grazi Leggenda, Stef!

I had been suffering with a very painful arm for months. I was struggling getting dressed, driving and sleeping, amongst other usually day to day tasks. Stef diagnosed rotatorcuff tendinopathy at my initial consultation and after just 3 more visits, including manipulation, acupuncture and various exercises I’m pain free. Stef is a lovely guy, very knowledgeable in his field and very patient and understanding. I would definitely recommend him

I see Keeley about every 5-6 weeks for maintenance work on my neck. I love coming to Leyland Physio as everything is very professional. I also love the fact that you can build a good relationship with your Physio and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend Leyland Physio for anybody. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I visited for therapy on my knee following partial knee replacement 3 months prior. I had severe pain behind my knee on arrival. Michelle worked on my knee for 40 minutes. It felt painful but good. I managed to walk without pain leaving and for the next couple of day’s following treatment. I returned for a 2nd session the week following and again Michelle did her wonders. I am more than satisfied with my treatment and my knee now feels so much better. I can highly recommend her. The treatment room is spotless and you are really made to feel confident and assured during the whole process. I can’t thank you enough !

Before my first visit to Leyland Physiotherpy centre I had been to several other centres without much success at treating my back problems. Every treatment I have received at Leyland always alleviates my pain and discomfort. They are so professional and friendly. It is an outstanding centre and it is led so effectively by Michelle. I normally shy away from testimonials and evaluations and this is the first I have ever done one. However,I felt that due to the superb treatment I have received they thoroughly deserve the acclaim. I would recommend it to anyone.

Visited Michelle for a back injury sustained whilst playing rugby. Michelle was extremely professional on top of being friendly and welcoming. I have received treatment from Michelle for neck and hip problems. I have found Michelle to be very welcoming and friendly whilst retaining her professionalism at all times.What I found very refreshing is the enthusiasm Michelle has to find the cause of the problem and offer a solution.Michelle listens to the patient and really gets to grip with the problem treats the problem and in my case gave me a series of exercises to do at home as well attending for personal treatmentI would highly recommend Michelle she is a person who really likes to make a difference

I was recommended by friends and I myself can’t recommend this practice enough. All I’ve spoken to are lovely and friendly. Nathan has done a wonderful job at getting me moving again. I booked an appointment with Keeley as soon as I could weight bear following an ankle break which needed surgery. The treatment, exercises and advice were brilliant and I am almost back to doing everything I did prior to the break. My consultant told me it could easily take a year. So far it has been 6 months. I am indebted to Keeley and Leyland Physiotherapy and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been struggling with Piriformis syndrome for the last 6 weeks or so… it causes a constant pain to shoot down my leg and has made standing up for long periods very uncomfortable. This morning I have been to Leyland physio for a session with Emma.. Emma was absolutely brilliant and got right to the root of the problem massaging the muscle in an effort to free up the trapped nerve. She was a lovely girl who was very engaging throughout, but most importantly the treatment felt very effective and after the 45 minute session I felt much better. I have already made an appointment to go back in 2 weeks
